Event Safety Coordinator

Aangezien we de laatste jaren sterk zijn gegroeid en ons klantenarsenaal enkel toeneemt, zijn we op zoek naar een Event Safety Coordinator om ons team te vervoegen om de gekende kwaliteit te kunnen blijven aanbieden.
Als Event Safety Coordinator zal je instaan voor dossierbeheer en administratieve taken. Je zal eigen projecten/evenementen beheren. Voor deze projecten volg je het hele proces van A tot Z op. Je verzamelt de nodige informatie bij de klant en de onderaannemers, je stelt een veiligheidsdossier en risicoanalyse op voor het project, je controleert of alle nodige attesten en documenten voor het project in orde zijn, je verzorgt het contact met de hulpdiensten, je controleert op de eventlocatie of alle te treffen maatregelen ook in praktijk werden uitgevoerd, je voert permanentie en veiligheidscoördinatie uit op evenementen,
Daarnaast zal je specifieke zijprojecten toegewezen krijgen zoals materiaalbeheer voor de verhuurafdeling of het organiseren van opleidingen of infodagen. Verder wordt van alle collega's verwacht dat ze mee instaan voor administratieve ondersteuning op het kantoor. Want veel handen maken het werk lichter.
Ben jij dynamisch, flexibel, nauwgezet op administratief vlak en leergierig? Ben je daarnaast meertalig en heb je kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels? Dan ben je iemand die zeker in ons team past.
Heb je mínimaal een professionele bachelor behaald? Top Maar heb je ook een diploma preventieadviseur? Nog beter
Je hebt een rijbewijs B en beschikt over een eigen wagen is een pluspunt.
