**Wie zijn wij?**
Achter Dexis Belgium staat een enthousiast team van ruim 400 collega’s. Wij zijn experts met een diepe kennis maar een brede blik. Combineer dat met onze onuitputtelijke energie en je krijgt vuurwerk. Vandaag zijn we actief in de bouw en industrie. We zijn de Belgische marktleider in de distributie van maar liefst 400.000 verbruiksartikelen. Onder het motto “Wij houden jullie machines in beweging” helpen onze professionele technici de klant ter plekke verder met het herstellen en onderhoud van zijn machinepark. Vanuit 10 locaties zorgen we voor een toegevoegde waarde bij de klant.
**Waaruit bestaat je job?**
Je werkt in een stabiel, ervaren team. Voor alle technische en commerciële vragen vorm jij de brug tussen de klant en ons bedrijf. Je bezorgt de klanten onze offertes en volgt deze ook op. Het ingeven van orders en opvolging van mogelijke klachten horen ook bij je takenpakket. Relatiebeheer vormt een belangrijk deel van je job. Bovendien sta je in voor contacten met leveranciers en ben je de sparring partner van de business managers. Je rapporteert aan de customer service coördinator.

**Wat breng je mee?**
We zoeken een technisch medewerker die zeer klantgericht denkt.
- Je hebt een passie voor techniek
- Bij voorkeur heb je een opleiding niveau A1 of A2 elektromechanica.
- Ervaring in de sector is handig meegenomen.
- Werken in een team geeft je energie en je draagt collegialiteit hoog in het vaandel.
- Je hebt goede kennis van Word en Excel.
- Je bent vlot in het Nederlands.
- Je bent empathisch en begrijpt de noden van de klant als geen ander
- Je denkt in resultaten, bent georganiseerd en neemt graag initiatief.
