Global Marketing Manager Newborn Screening

Responsible for planning and implementing the global marketing activities related to the Newborn screening (NBS) product portfolio.
- Defines the Newborn screening portfolio/product global marketing strategy and support its implementation at the regional level.
- Develops the product launch strategy and executes the launch plan together with business and product manager
- Develops and refines as needed the product value proposition, positioning and messaging
- Creates the tactical plan and execute in a timely manner within the authorized budget
- Creates innovative (promotional and non
- promotional) material to support the sales team efforts and creates and executes successful communication campaigns
- Builds the NBS product portfolio digital marketing strategy, including website, digital tools and SEM
- Participates in the planning and execution of international tradeshows and workshops, as well as online events e.g. webinars
- Participates in the preparation of sales meetings and the training of the sales force
- Monitors closely competition to adjust messaging and develop appropriate materials for the sales team to compete
- Tracks market evolution and generate customers insights through internal and external resources to identify new opportunities and contribute to successful sales operations
- Effectively manages the development of all marketing related programs and project in close collaboration with the business team and regional marketing teams
- Builds successful working relationships and effectively managed the interface with a variety of internal stakeholders and external providers
- Co-travels with various colleagues in the field to keep current on the changing market place
- Plans, implements and measures outcomes/ROI of marketing activities
- Ensure that every marketing project meets all regulatory compliance policy requirements
**Requirements**:
- Preferably Master's Degree in
- Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in the implementation of marketing strategies and tactics in the Healthcare industry
- Previous experience at the regional or global level
- Experience in developing marketing activities, product positioning and messaging and successfully driving product launches in a global environment
- Experience in Digital marketing
- Experience in managing international cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently navigate internal approval process in developing promotional material in a regulated environment
- Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Ability to be flexible, open-minded, and adapt successfully to changing business conditions
- Excellent listening and oral/written communication skills
- Proven decision-making skills, a proactive approach to business
