**Your mission**:

- Analyze the stakeholders needs and company internal processes, detect internal productivity opportunities, and ensure all communication towards the stakeholders.

**Challenges we trust you with**
- Consolidate business cases for new or existing user needs
- Participation to project development teams
- Roadmap implementations follow up (including sprint planning, validation test plans and execution, change management, retrospectives and customers satisfaction)
- Develop internal and external network,
- Listen to the internal and external stakeholders and detect opportunities
- Suggest program effectiveness improvements
- Actively suggest improvements, report opportunities

- Experience in IT product management/development
- Experience in multi-stakeholders coordination and team management
- Digital native/mindset
- Good listening skills, structured and influential communication
- Fluency in English, French is an asset
