**TEASER**

Je bent de technische spilfiguur tussen de klanten van onze business unit Employers, de commerciële consultants, Payroll Advisors en onze IT-afdeling.

**Functie**
Je versterkt een team van Automation Specialists die instaan voor de algemene coördinatie en begeleiding van verschillende technische interne of klanten specifieke projecten, met volgende sleuteltaken:

- Je speelt in op de behoeften van klanten, stelt hen concrete technische (IT matige) oplossingen voor die hen toestaan om hun personeelsbeleid te ontwikkelen en optimaliseren (bijvoorbeeld payroll systemen).
- Je werkt samen met collega’s en klanten bij het ontwikkelen van technisch maatwerk.
- Je assisteert de commerciële collega’s bij het implementeren van de IT applicaties bij klanten.
- Als een projectleider beheer je autonoom het proces van A tot Z, vanaf het overleg met de commerciële consultants en de klant, over analyse, tot ontwikkeling, implementatie en follow-up.
- Je volgt vragen of eventuele technische moeilijkheden, die de Payroll Advisors of commerciële collega’s bij klanten ondervinden, op met als doel om hen op een delighted niveau te brengen.

**Profiel**
- Je bent enthousiast en hebt een sterke interesse in de dienstverlenging van de business unit Employers, je bent bereid om te leren in deze functie.
- Dankzij je goede analytische vermogen kan je de behoeften van je collega’s en klanten snel omzetten in concrete (technische - IT) oplossingen. Dit motiveert je en geeft je elke dag energie.
- Je werkt autonoom en je blinkt uit in planmatig en resultaatgericht werken.
- Je beheert zowel de deadlines als je stress en aarzelt niet om je agenda aan te passen als dat nodig is voor onverwachte vragen.
- Je communiceert gemakkelijk in beide landstalen (NL/FR) en als je Engels kent, is dit een extra troef.
- Je werkt vooral vanuit de Securex zetel te Gent, maar zal je ook af en toe verplaatsen naar andere Belgische kantoren of klanten.
