With the increase in ways our customers can reach us, there is also a growth in the ways in which we can reach our customers, and the data we use to track these interactions. If you’re excited by the idea of using the vast amount of data at our fingertips to advise business leaders on how to best invest and optimise our marketing functions across both digital and physical platforms, then perhaps you could be our next Team Lead - Marketing Analytics.

Key aspects of this role will include:

- Leading a growing team of Analysts in answering complex business challenges with data gained from multiple channels and sources
- Translating and presenting the findings and recommendations of your team to stakeholders across a range of levels in appropriate ways
- Advocating these findings to CXO level stakeholders across the business, ultimately advising on how to best optimise our multi-million Euro marketing budgets
- Support with initiatives to enhance the data-literacy of C&A as an organisation; help make the complex look simple
- Further growth and development of a team of data experts - the Data and Analytics function of C&A is enjoying continued growth

We would love to speak to those with a blend of some or all of the following:

- Expert level experience of data & analytics ideally within a retail marketing environment
- Deep commercial acumen - the ability to seamlessly translate between the languages of business and data
- The ability to engage key executive stakeholders and present complex analysis in a clear and concise way
- Strong leadership skills; you will be comfortable supporting the growth and development of both colleagues and teams
