**Ton trajet chez Baloise**:
Dans le Young Talent Program, tu as la possibilité de:

- suivre au cours des trois premières semaines un trajet intensif pour débutants, dans le cadre duquel tu découvriras tous les aspects de notre entreprise.
- vivre 24 mois d’apprentissage et de croissance, en assumant des responsabilités et en étant immergé dans le monde de l’assurance.
- passer d’un département à l’autre comme Operations, Distribution et Transformation Office (IT) et de participer à des projets inspirants et à un trajet de leadership.
- améliorer tes compétences, tant sur le plan du contenu que sur le plan personnel, et d'être accompagné par un buddy expérimenté qui répondra à toutes tes questions.

- parles et écris le français sans fautes. Pouvoir aider facilement les clients dans une deuxième langue (le néerlandais ou l'anglais) est un gros plus

**Comment se passe le processus de sélection?**

Après avoir introduit ta lettre de motivation et ton CV, tu passes par les étapes suivantes:

- Invitation à un test numérique et de raisonnement.
- Entretien au bureau avec les RH et avec l'un de nos directeurs.
- Évaluation en ligne.
- Signature de contrat et accueil festif le 1er mars 2024
