Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a Program Coordinator for our Executive Master Programs to support our team until June 2024.
**Function**:
As the coordinator you support our Executive Master participants in their learning journey. As the first point of contact for our participants you ensure that they have an amazing learning experience at AMS.
You’ll be working closely together with your colleagues of the Executive Masters team (9 team members, of whom 3 other program coordinators, responsible for 4 executive Masters). Together you ensure quality of service and alignment of processes while each of you supports a specific Master group.
**Your tasks consist of**:
You’re flexible in your working hours, being available on evenings and on Saturdays depending the program needs. (f.i. our Digital Transformation master is organized every three weeks on Thursday evening)
**Profile**:
- You are continuously on the lookout for optimization of the entire service in our pursuit of "top learning experience".
- You are customer oriented, pro-active and you have a “can-do” attitude.
- You have a strong process oriented mind, enjoying implementing and gradually improving processes to guarantee a high quality outcome. You’re a real team-player who also enjoys autonomy and taking project ownership.
- You are able to adapt to a working environment that sometimes can be paradoxical ‘business versus academic’. You have the ability to adjust your communication and working style accordingly.
- Your strong communication skills enable you to switch easily between communication with our students and organizations.
- You are flexible in terms of working hours, meaning you are willing to occasionally work evenings to facilitate classes. (evening or weekend work is compensated with additional days of rest)
- You are very hands-on in working with Microsoft Office and in general fast in familiarizing yourself with new IT software.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
