**What you become part of**:
You will be part of the Mid Term Planning team in the Customer Service & Supply Chain - Strategy & Development department.
**What to expect**:
- In this role you will be a key member of the Mid Term planning team with central responsibility for supporting the internal and external teams to deliver an accurate and efficient plan from W2 at W13 weeks horizon. Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible to build an accurate production plan by gathering all Business inputs and Supply Chain capabilities.
- Provide a weekly update on the 13 weeks Supply Plan, assessing flagged risks, monitoring forecast deviation, identifying capacity issues, sharing opportunities and establishing a clear action plan to secure service level.
- Working and communicating with various departments such as Plants, Short Term, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Commercialization, QESH, etc.
- Define critical supply routine for any product family suffering from structural out of stocks, NPD delay’s.
- Responsible to deliver our targets on DOS, Residuals & CFOT etc.
- Analyze any deviation vs budget causing additional cost for CCEP, proposing solution or mitigated actions to reduce impact.
- Responsible to optimize our manufacturing and logistic cost and CO2 footprint while securing agreed Service Level.
- Collaborate to drive value to the business by managing portfolio development and optimizing Supply Chain solutions with BU’s and commercialization team.
- Assess Mid-term Monthly planning updates, reviewing result on your PTF (sales, crewing, capacity, inventory, product allocation etc.)
**What we expect of you**:
- Demonstrable experience working in a planning department or manufacturing background with a global view of the end-to-end European and Business Unit Supply Chain.
- A natural networker, building and sustaining a range of working relationships across multiple functions and levels with ease
- Experience manipulating large data sets to develop analytical solutions.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using different systems such as Planning tools, SAP ERP, SAP APO.
