Dit is jouw kans Onze klant zoekt een gedreven Product Manager om hun producten te versterken, in lijn met de merkvisie en de behoeften van onze klanten. Word de spil in het opzetten van samenwerkingen met leveranciers en sluit je aan bij ons inspirerende Brands & Products team
**Uw functie**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor **het beheer van de product portfolio** van
onze klant:
- Je creëert **diepgaand begrip rond de klantervaring** en kan vandaaruit gaps
en nieuwe opportuniteiten bepalen die zorgen voor groei en een betere
klantenervaring.
- Je vertaalt **de productstrategie** naar gedetailleerde eisen en prototypes.
- Je prioriteert projecten op basis van** business
- en klantimpact.**:
- Je beheert **de product lifecycle** van jouw product portfolio: van briefing
naar design, opvolging van ontwikkeling, lancering tem beheer van SKU en
uitfasering van producten.
- Je treedt op als productspecialist om bewustzijn en begrip rond jouw categorie te creëren (in
- & extern).
- Je hebt een **natuurlijke commerciële flair** waardoor je voeling creëert met de
noden uit de markt, in nauwe samenwerking met Sales en aansluiting zoekt met
de lange termijn product strategie.
- Jouw **analytische mindset** draagt bij tot het analyseren van marktdata en deze
om te buigen naar actiegerichte inzichten.
- Je rapporteert aan de CMO.
Er is ook een operationele link:
- Samen met sourcing schat je in met welke leveranciers het zinvol is om samen
te werken om de kwaliteit die we beogen te realiseren (levertermijnen, volumes,
pricing )
- Je waakt over de operationele samenwerking (levertermijnen, communicatieflows) en initieert verbeteringen in de operationele flows.
- Je volgt het aankoopproces op en zorgt dat alle benodigde info ter beschikking
gesteld wordt van jouw collega’s binnen het Brands & Products team
**Uw profiel**
- Je bent **ondernemend** en voelt je goed in een snel veranderende omgeving.
- Je hebt relevante ervaring in **Product of Category Management**, in brede zin.
- Je bent een communicatieve bruggenbouwer die graag samenwerkt met interne
en externe stakeholders (sales, leveranciers, klanten,).
- Je hebt ervaring in het opzetten en onderhouden van samenwerkingen met
verschillende leveranciers.
- Je hebt een **interesse in barbecueën en buitenleven** en hebt een technische
affiniteit met de categorie.
- Je bent bereid **te reizen (Verre Oosten)** om de samenwerking met partners
op te volgen en nieuwe opportuniteiten te detecteren.
