Founded in **2016**, Peripass is **a logistics SaaS scale-up with its headquarters in Ghent**, Belgium. Our **Yard Management Software** enables industrial and logistics companies to **smoothly manage the complete flow of trucks and trailers rolling on and off their sites, as well as all movements on-site**. Building on an already strong revenue basis, our sales and overall company growth is rapidly accelerating. We have recently grown to about 30 people and are proud to have been awarded the “Trends Digital Pioneer 2020” in the category Manufacturing & Logistics.
As a **Product Manager** you are a **central figure in the organization who can understand the needs of all stakeholders, synthesize them in a product features in line with our roadmap and make sure we deliver the best product for our customers**. Our product differentiates itsself from our competition by being a highly modern, user friendly and flexible cloud solution. So prepare yourself to dive deep into the processes of our customers and find generic solutions for them. Think **custom fields, business rules engines** and **workflow automation**. Add the challenge to make sure **everything is self-explanatory** and you get the total picture. At our scale, product development moves very quickly so expect a high-pace environment.
**This is what you will be doing**:
- You make the product **shine** and ensure that our features are eaten.
- You gather & manage **customer feedback** (directly or through sales/customer services) and convert it into bugs, minor UX improvements or major initiatives in line with the product vision.
- You ensure that roadmap items deliver the intended **business value** for our customers.
- You **manage and prioritize the epics** of roadmap items based on qualitative and quantitative customer feedback.
- You are responsible for the **success and adoption** of specific new and existing features.
- You are part of a multidisciplinary, agile team and you report to the head of the product and engineering department. You **work closely with the devs, Customer Success, Leander (our CEO) and management.**

Probably by now, you already have a good idea of **who are we looking for** :), but here are some pointers:
- You have at least 3 years of **experience in a product organization in a product role**.
- You have an **analytical** mind and are eager to figure things out.
- You can **prioritize** and meet deadlines.
- You are a **good communicator** that can explain complex things in a simple way.
- You have a solid proficiency in **English** (our company language) and a good working proficiency of **Dutch**.
- **Bonus points** if you master technical tools and processes like Lucidchart, Figma and UML diagramming principles.
