Manpower Brussel is op zoek naar een rekruteringsconsultant (m/v) om ons team te versterken dat instaat voor de selectie van tijdelijke en vaste tewerkstellingen in Brussel._
- Wilt u in rekrutering werken? Wil je juniors coachen die aan hun professionele carrière beginnen? Vind je het leuk om studentenprojecten te plannen en te coördineren en finance profielen aanwerven??_
- De consultant heeft tot taak snel en efficiënt te reageren op de personeelsbehoeften van klanten/prospecten van de regio en proactief deel te nemen aan de ontwikkeling van het bedrijfsleven. - De link te leggen tussen de kandidaat en de klant/prospect - Luisteren naar, analyseren van en anticiperen van de behoeften van de klant/prospect - Aanwerven en selecteren van kandidaten - Vaardigheden testen (talen, informatica, technische kennis, persoonlijkheid,) - De geselecteerde kandidaten voorstellen voor de verschillende functies - Deelnemen aan de commerciële ontwikkeling van het agentschap - Spontaan potentiële kandidaten voorstellen aan de klanten/prospects van de regio - Prospectiebezoeken uitvoeren volgens de vastgelegde doelstellingen - Commerciële kansen detecteren en benutten die zich voordoen om het marktaandeel te vergroten_
