We are looking for an **Aeronautical Information Management Officer **to join our team and support the provision of high-quality aeronautical information services to our customers. You will be responsible for managing and updating the aeronautical data, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

**Your Mission**:

- Manage and update the aeronautical data in the European Aeronautical Database (EAD) and other systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Monitor and analyse the performance and quality of the aeronautical information services, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Provide technical support and guidance to the customers and users of the aeronautical information services, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, reports, and presentations on the aeronautical information services, using clear and structured language
- Participate in and contribute to the development and implementation of projects, initiatives, and standards related to the aeronautical information management domain
- Collaborate and coordinate with other teams and units within the organisation, as well as with external partners and stakeholders, such as national authorities, service providers, and industry representatives
- Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the aeronautical information management domain, as well as in the wider air traffic management and air transport sectors

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in the area of Aeronautical Information Management
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the area of Aeronautical Information Management
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the area of customer management
- Technical drafting skills (English). E.g. production of meeting minutes, drafting of technical notes, etc.
- Excellent command of the English language and ability to write documents in a clear and structured way in English. Command of any additional European language(s) is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (in particular MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to establish and maintain good professional relationships both internal and external
- Experience in giving training in the AIM domain is desirable
- Experience in participating in international working groups is desirable
- Experience in the area of project management is desirable
- Knowledge of or interest in the ATM & ATS domain is desirable
- Basic knowledge of EAD (familiar with NOTAMs or AIP) is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and set clear priorities is desirable
