**Que faites-vous concrètement ?**
- Vous êtes responsable de la numérisation et de l'identification de la correspondance entrante et sortante et de la gestion des documents.
- Vous apportez un soutien administratif aux partenaires opérationnels.
- Vous assurez la pré-gestion des dossiers de sinistres dans les branches Auto, Responsabilité Civile et Aide Juridique.
- Vous utilisez votre savoir-faire technique pour qualifier avec succès les dossiers dans Salesforce.
- Vous vous occupez du tri et de la distribution des documents numériques aux bons départements.
- Vous réfléchissez de manière proactive à la manière d'améliorer les processus et vous proposez des solutions au management afin de maintenir notre activité aussi optimale et efficace que possible.
- Vous apportez un soutien précieux au Back-Office dans la préparation des pièces jointes pour les suspensions.

- Les outils informatiques tels que MS Office (Outlook), Salesfoce, Guidewire, IMS, Adobe n'ont pas de secrets pour vous. Grâce à votre excellente connaissance de nos activités et de notre organisation, vous êtes une encyclopédie ambulante d’Ethias
