Job Description
As a marketing manager at Devoteam G Cloud Benelux, your mission is to set up our marketing strategy, translate it into concrete marketing plans and execute high-impact marketing campaigns. Your main goal is to generate demand and boost the sales pipeline for our Google Cloud offering in the Benelux. You believe in the power of digital
- and content marketing to reach the right target audiences. This role demands a high degree of responsibility to take ownership of our entire benelux marketing and the marketing budgets. You report to the CEO and work closely together with our sales managers and -teams on alignment and on defining the marketing plans and follow up of campaigns. In this role you’ll work with the Google Cloud Benelux team on joint marketing activities and plans. Together with your team of one marketer/content creator, you become our internal marketing ambassador for the technical teams and the broader Devoteam marketing community in EMEA.
Qualifications
- You speak & write English and Dutch fluently. French is a plus.
- You get all passionate when talking about (digital) marketing, and you’re willing to continuously develop yourself more in this area
- You know how to translate an effective marketing strategy into ambitious plans and concrete campaigns to execute with your team
- You know how to set up campaigns that impact the business: you can engage a specific audience, generate demand/leads and drive sales opportunities
- You have at least 4 years experience in a content or digital marketing role, and you want to get your skills and career to the next level
- You have at least 4 years experience with setting up and managing online ad campaigns on LinkedIn and/or Google Ads
- You know how to organise different tasks and projects, prioritise and manage your time
- You can organise online and in-person events efficiently from A to Z
- You’re both strategic and hands-on: you’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
- You know how to manage a small marketing team
- You inspire other marketers with your marketing expertise and know how to guide and empower them
- You have at least a basic knowledge of design/video, and an eye for appealing visuals
- You have experience with managing social media and creating content for social channels and/or for websites
- You have what it takes to succeed and grow:
- You work well in a team and independently
- You’re proactive in everything you do
- You’re constantly looking for ways to do things better
- You believe that self development is key to success, and you always want to keep on learning more about marketing and the newest tactics & techniques
- You’re flexible and not afraid of deadlines. When necessary, you can move fast in your work
- You’re interested in the world of technology and Cloud - and you want to learn more about it
- Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn is a plus
- Experience with website editing is a plus
- Experience with video editing is a plus
