**About BePark**:
Our cities are changing. The shift towards sustainable mobility coupled with an ever increasing density is shaping the new urban landscape. Key challenges are arising such as:

- How can we free-up space in our streets and give it back to pedestrians and cyclists without ignoring the impact on drivers?
- How can we enable the electrification of vehicles with the suitable charging infrastructure?
- Where should all the bicycles, cargo bikes, and scooters go at the end of the ride?

BePark aims to provide a better mobility experience to this generation and the next. In short, we hunt for unused private parkings and open them to the crowd for various uses: car park (keeping cars off-street), bicycles, EV charging, Last-mile delivery...

Our goal is ultimately to generate a network of mobility hubs throughout cities in Belgium, France, Spain and Luxembourg.

Today we are a team of 40 delivering mobility services across 500 parking lots for our community of +20k active users. Let's grow this network together

**Key responsibilities**:
BePark is looking for a Business Developer to accelerate the deployment of our **EV charging station network and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)**with real estate partners. Based in our Brussels office, the Business Developer will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and driving the adoption of our solutions.

As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of EV charging and energy solutions. You will:

- Identify and engage potential real estate partners (property developers, landlords, asset managers) to integrate BePark’s EV charging and BESS solutions into their properties.
- Drive outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings to generate leads and create new opportunities.
- Educate and inspire potential clients on the benefits of sustainable mobility and energy storage solutions, positioning BePark as the ideal partner.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to contract signing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to refine our approach and support successful project execution.
- Stay informed on market trends in real estate, EV charging, and energy storage to anticipate client needs and position BePark as a leader in the sector.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, takes initiative, and is motivated by the challenge of transforming cold leads into long-term partnerships.

**Requirements**:
**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- **Experience**: Master Degree or Prior experience in a **B2B sales** or **business development** role, ideally with outbound sales exposure (cold calling, prospecting, or lead generation). **Experience in EV charging or BESS is a strong plus but not a requirement**—if you're eager to dive into the topic, we’ll support your learning.
- **Languages**: Fluency in **French and English**; Dutch is a strong plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to **build relationships and influence decision-makers**.
- **Personality**: A proactive, resilient, and adaptable individual who thrives in a **fast-paced, target-driven environment**.
- **Sales Drive**: A passion for **hunting new business opportunities**, with a knack for inspiring and educating prospects about innovative solutions.
- **Organization**: The ability to **manage multiple prospects and sales cycles effectively**, with a structured and results-oriented approach.
