Join our team at Bravo Cars Machelen and become our Sales Admin & Delivery Employee, where you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the administration and delivery of new and used cars, catering to various clients including private, retail, fleet, and dealers. Your contribution ensures seamless transactions and customer satisfaction, driving the success of our company.

**Responsibilities (Your role)**
- Administrative management of sales and delivery files for new and used cars.
- Preparation of delivery files including registration, invoicing, proof of payment, financing contracts, and more.
- Responsible for delivery planning and coordination of transport.
- Managing client appointments and follow-up on car dossiers.
- Delivering new vehicles to private individuals, including vehicle info and required documents.
- Ensuring vehicles are prepared for delivery and equipped with all ordered accessories.
- Providing customers with administrative information and accompanying them during delivery.
- Facilitating delivery of CRP/CY cars and handling necessary checks and documentation.
- Completing tasks related to the car park, including signaling vehicles for collection and preparation for transport.

Education/Experience:

- Experience in an administrative role involving customer interaction.
- Technical

- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
