Inchcape is an independent, multi-brand car distributor, operating in countries on five continents.
We are present in 40 countries and act as an important strategic partner for the world's leading premium and luxury brands, for whom we provide an effective and customer-oriented route to market.
In Belgium and Luxembourg, we are the official distributor of Toyota and Lexus. Last year we've launched our new fully electric brand BYD. And last but not least we've also launched BravoAuto, our new used car centre in Machelen. Our Belgian head office is located in Zaventem.
For our Central Sales Administration team, located in Machelen, we are looking for a **Sales Admin Supervisor Used Cars**.
The Sales Admin Supervisor Used Cars is responsible for fully coordinating the administration and delivery of used cars (BravoAuto & Toyota City), ensuring everything is done on time and in good conditions.
The Sales Admin Supervisor reports to the Sales Admin & Delivery Manager IRB.
The main task & responsibilities of the Sales Admin Supervisor Used Cars are linked to:
- Driving the business and maximizing performance by ensuring an accurate & smoothness administration of the vehicles to be delivered and
- Coordination of the planning of the delivery of the cars
- Act as operational support and backup of the whole Sales Admin & Delivery team (Used Cars & New Cars) and is the direct back-up of the Sales Admin Supervisor New Cars
- Act as sales planning & logistics expert for the respective dealer site (BravoAuto sites and Toyota City sites)
- First point of contact for GBS
- Team Management & Development of the Sales Admin & Delivery Employees Used Cars.
**Profile we are looking for**:
- Experience in and administrative role with customer contacts.
- Experience in leading a team is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Excellent communication skills
- Being a dynamic team player who can act and think proactively
- Accurate and organized
- Have a high degree of integrity
