**Omschrijving**:
As a policy advisor, you help in the development of solutions for our users. We support them in the domain Solution management and this in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) context. We support them both with the processes and the tools. Job description - expanded As a policy advisor, you fulfil a bridge function between the product owner, the product manager, our system architect, and the development team. Together with them you will look for the desired solution, describe the functional requirements and translate them into a functional design. After that, you consult with the technical people to come to a good implementation. You will test the deliverables in consultation with the customer. You will also help to make this solution land in the organization through strong communication, good planning and solid change approach. In this vacancy we are looking for a motivated colleague who ideally already has some experience with our tools (MISKBC, JIRA, Kendis, Qlik Sense) and with our current planning methods (SAFe, Agile) and you preferably have a process analysis background. You will work together with the team in a challenging and changing environment, you take care of the necessary realizations in accordance with the agreed timings.
