Wat ga je doen ?:

- Je blijft continu op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen in de vastgoedmarkt, architectuur, stedebouw,, technische bouwaspecten en stedelijke vastgoedconstructies. Met deze kennis help je mee aan het opstellen en laten goedkeuren van een verhuurstrategie voor de "Office & Warehouse" portfolio, met als doel de rentabiliteit te maximaliseren. Dit steeds in samenspraak met de asset Manager.
- Daarnaast organiseer en begeleid je bezoeken met potentiële klanten en vastgoedmakelaars. Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze op voor de verhuur van de gebouwen. Tijdens onderhandelingen met potentiële klanten zorg je voor het sluiten van huurovereenkomsten. Je onderhoud relaties met bestaande cliënten.
- Verder analyseer je het verhuuraspect van investeringsvoorstellen door alle benodigde informatie te verzamelen ter ondersteuning van de besluitvorming. Je bouwt en onderhoudt relaties met eindklanten, vastgoedmakelaars, architecten, experts en andere spelers in de vastgoedmarkt. In nauwe samenwerking met het juridische departement pas je clausules in standaarddocumenten aan, los je geschillen op en beheer je alle vastgoedoperaties gedurende hun volledige duur.
- Tot slot draag je bij aan de rapportage van de verhuuractiviteiten van de gebouwen. Interesse en kennis in aanvullende activiteiten zoals budgettering, marketing, space planning en financiële berekeningen zijn een pluspunt.

Groeien en ontwikkelen. Je bent er helemaal klaar voor. En als je iets doet, dan doe je het goed. Detail en accuraatheid draag je hoog in het vaandel, alsook samenwerking in een team.
Je neemt initiatief, en schakelt graag en snel van de ene taak naar de andere. En als het nodig is: dan help je ook de Asset Managers om alles vlot te laten verlopen.
¬ Je hebt bij voorkeur een universitair diploma.
¬ Je spreekt vloeiend Frans, en Nederlands. Je kennis van het Engels komt ook van pas.
¬ Je uitstekende kennis van Word, goede kennis van Excel, Outlook zal je zeker van pas komen. Kennis van Sharepoint en SAP is zeker een troef maar geen must.
¬Je communicatie is uitmuntend en je bent resultaatgericht. Maar je bent daarbij ook nog zeer goed georganiseerd en je combineert een analytische en creatieve geest met het vermogen om initiatief te nemen. ¬Last but not least ben je in staat om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd een echte teamspeler te zijn.
