YOUR ROLE

Would you like to be the chain between operations and the customers in the Benelux market for FVL (Finished Vehicle Logistics)?

If so, we have an opportunity as Customer Service Coordinator in our growing Finished Vehicle Logistics department at CEVA Logistics. This role is newly created in order to deliver high quality service to our customers.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You will communicates in a synthetic way on the supply constraints impacting the Product availability and the Business priorities in order to animate the various arbitrations when necessary to satisfy the customer's needs.
- You will collaborate with CEVA team at Corporate as well as country IT & operational teams to identify data sources and map them to, with the objective to design BI tools to help end users best synthesize data and make optimal business decisions.
- You provide continuous support to existing business intelligence dashboards and ad hoc reports; taking necessary actions to make the framework agile and robust and troubleshoot data integrity issues
- You keep customers informed about industry and relevant supply chain developments; prepare marketing material and business plans if necessary or requested for customer meetings

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You have experience in a similar role within customer service
- It is a plus if you have experience with Power BI, excel, graph dashboards
- You can communicate in a sensitive, pro-active way and have negotiating skills. You have the customer on your mind.
- You are able to manage multiple processes at the same time in an efficient way
- You are innovative and solution focused. You can keep a helicopter view.

In this role, you will be offered:

- Phone + notebook
- Monthly salary on 13.92 base (0.92 for holidays and 13th month in December)
- Lunch tickets : 8€ per work day with 1.09€ participation of the employee
- Hospitalisation insurance (AG Insurance). Also possible for the family paid by the employee.
- Pension insurance
- Travel allowance
- 20 legal holidays (following legislation) + 12 holidays reduction of working time (prorata starting date) + 4 holidays sector (prorata starting date)
