Als project consultant ben je deel van het team bij Diegem Large Accounts en spits je jou toe op één klant: Facilicom. Facilicom heeft diverse afdelingen waarvan GOM de grootste is. GOM is één van de grootste schoonmaakbedrijven in België voor professionele schoonmaak. Wij zijn de vaste rekruterings
- én payrollpartner voor deze klant. Je zal dus instaan voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van alle planningen en rekruteringen voor deze klant in de grote regio van Antwerpen tot Brussel.
- Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Dit zijn de contactpersonen bij HR, maar ook alle supervisors die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de plaatsen waar er gepoetst moet worden.
- De administratieve opvolging van de planning van de supervisors en het inschrijven van payroll kandidaten is een dagelijks terugkerend gegeven.
- Ook het rekruteringsproces (van searchen tot contractopmaak) van voornamelijk schoonmaakpersoneel is een groot deel van je takenpakket.
- Je zorgt voor de inplanning van de uitzendkrachten voor de verschillende shiften.
- Beantwoorden van vragen inzake vakantie, loon, etc,... van uitzendkrachten.
- Tenslotte zijn er geregeld overlegmomenten met de klant zodat alles in goede banen loopt. Hiervoor moet je vaak op locatie bij de klant aanwezig zijn (Hoboken, Antwerpen, Zaventem, Aartselaar,).

**Wat zoeken we?**:

- Een opleiding gevolgd binnen Human Resources, Communicatiewetenschappen, Sociaal Werk,..? Ideaal Heb je een andere achtergrond? Ook geen probleem, wij leiden je volledig op
- Een eerste werkervaring in rekrutering of op administratief vlak is mooi meegenomen
- Je bent een multitasker in hart en nieren en weet je flexibel op te stellen.
- Als p)roject consultant ben je van nature een communicatief persoon en je wil klantgericht werken.
- Je kan jou goed vinden in een arbeidersomgeving en schrikt er niet van terug om contacten te onderhouden met de verschillende teamleaders.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
- Je spreekt zeer vlot Frans en Nederlands
