**Omschrijving**:
The DWP & SD Team consists of:
- Digitale Werkplek (DWP):
- End User Computing Team: responsible for managing laptops & desktop PC and their standard images
- Mobile & Office Management Team: responsible for meeting room equipment, mobile devices, printers, etc.
- Service Desk (SD):
- First and second line support for all ICT-related incidents / problems and service requests
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can drive the delivery of several projects and manage the complex change management/communication aspects (user communication, manuals, etc.).
Examples of projects that could be taken up by the Project Coordinator:
- Migration from Citrix to Azure VDI
- Implementation of Modern Management / Windows11
- The objective of this project is to modernize the way BAC is managing their laptops and desktop PCs. This project regroups several smaller initiatives, amongst others the migration from SCCM to MS Intune and the upgrade to Windows11
- Fit-out Building 54 / New Crisis Center
- Two new projects will require the assistance of Digital Workplace for the fit-out of new meeting rooms with screens, audio/video solutions, etc.
- Kiosk SharePoint Online Migration
- Currently the client is still using the SharePoint On Prem environment. However, this technology is no longer supported and therefor a migration project towards SharePoint Online is necessary.
- Move of APOC
- The current location where the APOC team is seated is in need of a thorough renovation. The DWP&SD Team will therefore have to move the ICT-material of the personnel that is working in this building: laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, server room, etc.
**Profiel**
As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of several of these projects. This includes planning, the day-to-day follow-up of the different teams, ensuring qualitative delivery and managing the change management/communication aspect.
**Key responsibilities**
- Project Management:
- Actively managing the project management triangle (planning, scope, budget & quality)
- Day-to-day follow-up of the project and the delivery
- Assure active collaboration between the different teams
- Issue & risk management
- Change Management/Communication:
- Many of the above mentioned initiatives have an important impact on a large part of the BAC community. Change management / communication is a key part of the Project Manager’s responsibilities
- Develop and deliver user communication, delivery of user manuals, etc.
**Qualifications / Skills**
- 5 years of experience as ICT Project Coordinator, ideally within the technical DWP domain (Citrix, Azure VDI, SCCM, Intune, device management,)
- 5+ years of experience within ICT, ideally within the technical DWP domain (Windows10/11, Citrix, Azure VDI, SCCM, Intune, device management,)
- Competences
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Can work independent / can take initiative
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Languages
- Dutch and English is a must
