Het Strategic Projects team, binnen deze afdeling, zoekt een Project Manager. Het Projects team spitst zich momenteel meer en meer toe op projecten met een impact op digitalisering, data, nieuwe tools en technologie, digitalisatie, Artificiële Intelligentie, ecosystemen,

Je hebt een passie voor het uitstippelen van een planning voor strategische projecten, werkt graag samen met een project team en gaat complexe problemen of uitdagingen niet uit de weg? Je bent niet bang om een duidelijke scope te bepalen en duidelijke targets en deliverables voorop te stellen en hierover te rapporteren aan hoger management? Je bent ook bereidt om verschillende projecten te leiden en houdt ervan van geregeld in nieuwe materie in te werken?

De job in een notendop
- U waakt over de project lifecycle ;
- U behoudt een duidelijk overzicht over het project, realisaties en het budget ;
- U maakt houdt een dashboard bij en zorgt dat alle documentatie rond het project up-to-date blijft ;
- U prioriteert de binnenkomende aanvragen en durft deze in vraag te stellen ;
- U organiseert vergaderingen wanneer nodig om te aligneren met jouw stakeholders en business analisten ;
- U rapporteert aan uw hiërarchie en teamleden en denkt ook mee aan verbetermogelijkheden ;
- U zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het project team en bent duidelijk in het afbakenen van rollen en verantwoordelijkheden ;
- U deelt uw kennis en zorgt voor documentatie ;
- U zorgt voor een duidelijke roadmap.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- Universitair diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring ;
- Significante ervaring in projectmanagement ;
- Kennis van Visio, Confluence en andere applicaties die een duidelijke structuur voor het project is een plus ;
- Uitstekende presentatie
- en communicatievaardigheden met betrekking tot het overbrengen van de sleutelboodschappen ;
- Een combinatie van ervaring of sterke interesse in commerciële ondersteuning van verzekeringsactiviteiten aan de hand van technische (ICT-) vaardigheden ;
- Tweetalig FR-NL en goede kennis van het Engels ;
- U bent vlot in sociale interacties ;
- U bezit een gezonde teamgeest en tegelijk kunt u initiatieven nemen en zelfstandig werken ;
- U bent resultaatgericht en aarzelt niet om zowel uw businesskennis als uw technische IT-kennis voortdurend te updaten.
