**We are looking for**:

- As a **Digital Editorial Officer,** you will report to the Head of External Communications, Content & Coherence. You will provide the Communication and Government & Public Affairs team with inspiring and engaging stories enhancing the reputation and position of Solvay and helping build its digital communication strategy.

**We count on you for**:

- Drafting messages and inspiring stories that engage all of Solvay's audiences and enhance the company's reputation
- Creating the content needed to implement Solvay's Group’s Communications, Government and Local Relations strategy, and translate the company's position in society themes like the energy transition
- Crafting compelling and original multimedia content tailored for digital platforms, utilizing scheduling tools to optimize content distribution
- Managing Solvay's external media tools and channels, including our corporate newsroom, press release distribution platform, and media monitoring/listening tools
- Leveraging your network within the company to collect key and supporting elements for theme suits, position papers, stories, and other communication support materials
- Providing innovative and creative ideas to continuously improve Solvay's communication strategy

**You will bring**:

- A degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital communications, campaign management, and content creation
- Excellent writing skills in English - **Mandatory **(French, Dutch and German are an asset)
- Solid experience in creating news stories
- A digital native with a strong interest in working within a corporate environment, with proficiency in digital publishing tools
- Fast writer
- Very good understanding of the business and the issues
- Care and Collaborate: being able to create an inclusive environment where team members and contributors can thrive
- Customer obsessed: very good knowledge of communication stakeholders as well as business intimacy
- Make it happen: bringing energy and professional project experience to create momentum and deliver frequently over a long period of time, accountability
- Go beyond: leveraging any network and pursuing all opportunities to enhance the company's reputation and challenge the status quo
