Pour l'un de nos clients situés à l'aéroport de Zaventem:
**Description de le fonction**:

- En relation avec le responsable du service planification, veille au bon

déroulement du programme de formation
- Alerte le responsable planification, les directeurs d’exploitation et le

Training coordinator de l'imminence des fins de validité des

habilitations des agents
- Contrôle le suivi de la validité des formations règlementaires et

s'assure du respect de la programmation de ces formations
- Inscription des collaborateurs aux formations, contrôle et suivi des

certifications, envoi des convocations, accueil des formateurs,
- Coordination de la logistique (préparer les documents, préparer les

salles de formations, le matériel,.)
- Est chargé de collecter les informations relatives aux agents placés

sous la responsabilité des tuteurs
- Préparation et diffusion des documents liés à l’organisation des

actions de formation (émargements, évaluations, certifications )
- Est chargé des dossiers de subsides et de son suivi
- Donner une vision d'ensemble du programme aux participants

/participantes et les aider à se repérer
- Participer aux événements (sessions de recrutement, bourses

d’emploi,...)
- Assure le maintien à niveau de la documentation de cours du service

(Programmes - Déroulés de cours - Livrets )

formateurs.
- Peut être amené à présenter l'activité formation et les

enregistrements dont il est responsable lors des audits de

certification, internes ou compagnies.
- Répond à l’ensemble des questions relatives à la formation ;
- Assure, en relation avec les interlocuteurs compétents, la gestion des

accès informatiques aux différents outils.
- Ponctuellement, recherche des partenaires de formations,

développement des partenariats, choix des prestataires
- Assiste le responsable formation à l'élaboration:
Des bilans annuels, tableaux de bord,
- Gestion des badges de parking et le suivi de facturation
- De plus, le Training officer peut être amené à avoir des relations avec des

prestataires externes

**Votre profil**:

- Bachelier en gestion des ressources

humaines ou en gestion administrative

ou dans un domaine connexe et avec

minimum 2 ans d’expérience sur un

poste similaire
- Connaissances des textes réglementaires

applicables à la formation et à l'activité

de l'entreprise
- Maîtrise de MS-Office
- Bilingue Français - Néerlandais (oral et

écrit) avec une connaissance moyenne

en anglais
