**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Job description**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, HVAC, and mechanical engineers.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
**Your Profile**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, specifically in the construction industry or in large industrial projects.
- Proven expertise in managing electrical, HVAC, and mechanical projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, particularly PM².
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working in a bureau d'étude (design office) is a plus.
