Implementation & Delivery Manager - Laboratory

As our next **Implementation** **& Delivery Manager,** you will be responsible for supporting Agilent CrossLab’s customers’ needs within our **Laboratory Productivity Services & Solutions** to the market. This will involve collaborating with pre-sales & sales team to build sustainable delivery models to ensure Agilent are fully addressing the needs of the market with our products and services.
**Your main tasks will include**:
- Supporting the sales cycle and leading the implementation and development of large integrated Enterprise contract solutions to external customers.
- Developing and implementing processes and tools that are scalable and repeatable across the organisation ready to be deployed at new enterprise services customer facilities
Setting overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
- Translating business objectives into comprehensive implementation work plan covering timeline, resources, dependencies, priorities, risks and achievements.
- Coordinating and assure project execution including time, schedule, budgets and risk management.
- Identifying potential growth and business opportunities with the local sales team
- Taking ownership for improving the partnership between Agilent and our external customers ensuring customers experience Agilent’s oustanding customer service and customer retention within the assigned customer sites.
- Collaborating closely with sub-contractors to assure project deliveries, quality and timeline are met
- Regularly reporting on project status to project team, project sponsors, Agilent and Customer upper management.
- Maintaining project records to ensure all project information is kept and secured
For this role, you will predominantly cover **France** and **Benelux**. You can be based anywhere in these countries and you will travel to customer site on a regular basis on this territory.
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
- Ideally, you hold a **University Degree**:
- **Significant experience** in **Project/Program Management** with **asset management solutions** or similar
- Asset Management experience in the biotechnology/life science industry would be an advantage
- Full proficiency in **English** and **French**. Proficiency in Dutch would be a plus
- Experience with any Project Management Software would be advantage
On a personal level, you have an **analytical** **approach** and you **enjoy solving complex problem** to ensure **customer satisfaction**. You also have** excellent interpersonal & communication skills** to interact with internal and external partners, at different levels.
