As a **Service Delivery Manager**, you will be responsible for team management, continuous service improvement, and collaboration with suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery aligned with strategic objectives. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing service quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Team Management**
- Lead and manage the daily operations and priorities of the team.
- Foster team engagement and ensure seamless collaboration within the team and with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Maintain and optimize the communication flow between locations in Brussels and Prague.
**Service and Supply Management**
- Oversee the efficient management of outstanding service requests.
- Participate in governance meetings with external suppliers to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Train and support team members in their transformation to Service Manager roles.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of services delivered, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
- Manage all service-related reporting to provide insights and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to effectively manage external supplier relationships.
- Assist in the rollout of new services, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
- Develop and implement a continuous action plan to improve service levels and efficiency.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Adopt a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, focusing on actionable results.
- Leverage strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and drive change across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ITIL v3 or other IT service management frameworks (intermediate level preferred).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with SCRUM methodologies is a plus.
- Strong command of English (full professional proficiency) and Dutch or French (professional working proficiency).
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage suppliers, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
