En tant que **Service Delivery Manager**, vous participerez à l'amélioration de la gestion des services de production fournis à ses clients.

**Missions**
- ** Gérer la relation client**
- Être le point de contact principal pour les clients et les équipes dans le suivi des incidents, problèmes et changements
- Développer une relation solide avec les différents clients (filiales, sites, équipes locales)
- Centraliser les irritants métiers de manière transverse
- ** Gérer les incidents, problèmes et changements**
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration en terme de gestion des incidents, problèmes et changements au sein des équipes IT
- En cas de dégradation d'un service, déployer et piloter un plan d'action spécifique permettant de rétablir le service à un niveau acceptable
- ** Supporter les projets**
- S'assurer que tous les prérequis sont en place pour le passage d'un projet en mode run
- ** Reporting**
- Générer, analyser et présenter une série de KPIs permettant de piloter le niveau de service fournit
- Fournir des rapports réguliers sur la performance du service
- ** Autres**
- Peut intervenir en backup de l'incident ou problem manager

**Compétences techniques**
- 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans l'IT et dans le métier du service
- Une certification ITIL est un plus
- Orienté utilisateurs, aptitude pour la transmission tous publics (de l'ouvrier à la direction générale). Charisme naturel, sait faire preuve d'empathie tout en étant capable de faire accepter les limites
- Très bon niveau d'anglais requis (notamment pour communiquer avec nos filiales US)
- Orienté service
- Capacité à dégager une vue synthétique des problèmes en cours durant une situation de crise
- Capacité à analyser les processus opérationnels d'une équipe et à dégager des quick wins et des améliorations de fond
