**Responsibilities**:
As a **Service Delivery Manager** within PROXIMUS ICT, you will be at the forefront of delivering ‘best-in-class’ service management, achieving high customer satisfaction across a diverse clientele that includes national and international institutions, large corporations, and medium-sized enterprises.

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Deliver service management that meets or exceeds the expectations of our external professional customers, in line with SLAs and contracts.
- Serve as an ambassador, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the most excellent service within the contract’s scope.
- Analyze customer needs and collaborate with account managers to upsell services, driving operational excellence.
- Act as a tactical SPOC during the operational lifecycle of contracts, coordinating service delivery and initiating improvement plans.

Profile
- At least 4 years in Service Management, with a track record of managing professional customer relationships.
- A solid understanding of Telco and ICT solutions (LAN/WLAN, Security, Data Centre, UC) or a strong motivation to master these areas.
- You possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and are well-versed in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices. If not, you have a strong willingness to learn and become proficient in these critical areas of our operations.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Commercially minded, results-driven, and a team player.
- Quick learning ability and the capacity to manage resources effectively.
