Chaque samedi de l'année scolaire, plus de 800 jeunes bruxellois se rendent dans l'une des l'**écoles du week-end de TADA**. Pendant un parcours de 3 ans, ils suivent des ateliers interactifs sur différents thèmes et découvrent des professions variées.
- En tant que coordinateur-trice pédagogique, vous encadrez une classe de 26 enfants pendant trois ans. Vous êtes chargé-e de trouver et préparer les bénévoles qui donneront les ateliers sur leur profession. Lors de chaque samedi TADA, vous êtes le chef d'orchestre et **vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement de la journée.**
VOS TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Vous êtes responsable de la **mise en œuvre des cours TADA **pour votre classe, tant au niveau du contenu que de l'organisation.
- Vous **planifiez et coordonnez** le contenu des activités. Par thématique, TADA a un programme de base que vous adaptez - si nécessaire - à votre classe et aux bénévoles. De temps en temps, vous aidez à imaginer et à mettre en place la découverte d'un nouveau domaine professionnel.
- Pour chaque samedi, vous faites appel à **suffisamment de bénévoles qui travaillent dans un domaine particulier **pour guider les activités. Vous veillez à faire une **sélection pertinente et diversifiée**. Vous les contactez, les motivez et préparez les ateliers avec eux.
- Vous veillez à ce que chaque samedi TADA se déroule de manière **qualitative, efficace et logistiquement irréprochable**. Vous êtes orienté "solutions" et vous vous attaquez aux problèmes immédiatement.
- Vous **créez une atmosphère positive et stimulante **dans votre classe, avec un bon équilibre entre passion, plaisir, respect et discipline.
- Vous tenez à jour nos** bases de données **avec les informations concernant les enfants et les intervenants bénévoles sous votre responsabilité.
QUEL PROFIL
RECHERCHONS-NOUS?
- Vous avez une **attitude proactive** et avez de **bonnes compétences en matière d’organisation et de planification**. Vous aimez vous activer et retrousser vos manches lorsque cela est nécessaire.
- Vous êtes **enthousiaste et dynamique** et savez **motiver** les enfants, les bénévoles et les parents. Vous pouvez également **faire preuve d'assertivité** lorsque c’est nécessaire.
- Vous avez (préférablement) un diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur et vous êtes **francophone**. Vous comprenez l'anglais couramment, une bonne connaissance du néerlandais est aussi très utile. La connaissance d’autres langues peut également être un atout.
- Une expérience concrète de** travail avec des jeunes **(10-13 ans) est un atout, mais pas une obligation.
- Vous pouvez utiliser sans problème les **logiciels informatiques**.
- Nous comptons sur votre présence lors des **samedis TADA **(30 par an), ainsi que parfois en soirée pour des réunions.
