As the Coordinator Skills and Certification, your primary responsibility is to oversee the team of Instructors, ensuring the optimization of training time and pedagogical quality of training courses for operational personnel.

**Your tasks**:
As the Coordinator, you'll play a key role in guiding and empowering our team of (Senior) Instructors and external trainers, ensuring they excel in delivering operational training. You'll actively monitor the pedagogical quality of ongoing training sessions, employing methods such as class councils, visits, and coaching sessions to maintain our high standards. Additionally, you'll take charge of coordinating the development of training content and materials to ensure they meet our quality benchmarks.

Innovation and adaptability are key aspects of this role, as you'll be tasked with developing new products, courses, or exams in alignment with evolving training requirements. Through thorough analysis, you'll identify training gaps and propose effective solutions that strike a balance between efficacy and cost efficiency.

Your support extends beyond training sessions - you'll also provide continuous guidance and training to our trainers and examiners, fostering their professional growth and improvement. Acting as the primary point of contact for operational training inquiries, you'll collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless alignment and effectiveness.

Embracing innovation, you'll promote training techniques such as e-learning and coaching to optimize learning outcomes. Budget management will also be within your scope, as you monitor and manage allocated training budgets, finding creative solutions to deliver required training within budget constraints.

Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with third-party training providers, overseeing course publication, subscriptions, and invoicing as necessary. Through these efforts, you'll ensure a holistic approach to training that maximizes effectiveness and fosters continuous improvement.

**Who are you?**:
Fluency in both French and Dutch languages is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer or examiner in a Railway context, including proficiency in train-the-trainer techniques.
