Finance Product Owner - regio Antwerpen
Onze klant is een gigantische speler in het medialandschap. Ze informeren en entertainen kijkers, surfers, lezers en luisteraars via verschillende bekende merken en kanalen.
Momenteel zijn ze op zoek naar een sterke en gedreven Finance Product Owner om, samen met een gemotiveerd team, hun interne klant te helpen om hun finance visie te realiseren.
Dit kan zowel op permanente als op zelfstandige basis.
**Functie**:
Je bouwt actief mee aan de harmonisatie van de verschillende Finance
departementen in België en Nederland.
Je werkt nauw samen met de interne klant en stakeholders om hun behoeften te begrijpen en deze te vertalen naar productvereisten.
Je vertaalt de product roadmap naar goed gedefinieerde productvereisten, inclusief user stories, features en acceptance criteria - dewelke duidelijk zijn voor de development teams.
Je communiceert over de voortgang van de opleveringen, organiseert productpresentaties, onderhandelt over prioriteiten, financiering en
planningen.
Je staat in voor de proactieve communicatie met alle belanghebbenden over de hele linie (business owners, de interne klant en het development team) om ervoor te zorgen dat de doelen duidelijk zijn en dat de productvisie afgestemd is op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
Je bouwt effectieve relaties op met de stakeholders binnen Finance, IT en het gehele bedrijf om de implementatie en acceptatie van de Finance & Controlling oplossingen te borgen.
**Profiel**:
Je beschikt over relevante ervaring als Finance Product Owner of een gelijkaardige rol in Product Management.
Je hebt een sterke kennis van finance processen (order to cash, purchase to pay, general ledger accounting, fixed asset management, banking, controlling & consolidation, etc.)
Je bent in staat om vereisten in een product backlog te verwoorden en om complexe concepten te vertalen in begrijpelijke taal voor de stakeholders.
Je hebt reeds gewerkt of interesse in agile omgevingen.
