Plan International België werkt al meer dan 35 jaar aan een wereld die rechtvaardig en veilig is voor alle kinderen. Ieder kind heeft recht op onderwijs en moet de kans krijgen zich te ontwikkelen. Deze roep om rechtvaardigheid begint bij dezelfde kansen voor meisjes en jongens. Meisjes worden nog te vaak achtergesteld en gediscrimineerd, soms zelfs bedreigd en mishandeld.

Plan International België maakt deel uit van een ambitieuze internationale federatie met projecten in bijna 80 landen (waaronder België). Met onze projecten genereren we impact, via beleidsbeïnvloeding, sensibilisering en projecten met en voor kinderen en jongeren.

Plan International België is een sterk groeiende organisatie. Tijdens de laatste 5 jaar steeg ons inkomen van 14 miljoen naar 20 miljoen en groeiden we van 40 naar meer dan 65 zeer gedreven collega’s.

**Functie**:
Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Data & Systemen, die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer van onze IT-systemen en gegevens. Als Data & System Support Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
Optimalisatie van onze CRM-processen
- De processen begrijpen en verbeteringen voorstellen door automatisering waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met het geheel van onze IT-systemen.
- Deze verbeteringen ontwikkelen, testen en uitvoeren, in nauwe samenwerking met de ontwikkelaars, andere eenheden en eindgebruikers
- Ervoor zorgen dat deze verbeteringen voldoen aan de behoeften van de eindgebruikers en door hen goed worden begrepen.
- Documenteren en bijwerken van processen

Assistentie bij complexe processen of fouten in het CRM-systeem

Voor collega-eindgebruikers:

- Training organiseren, geven en inplannen
- Beschikbaar zijn voor vragen

Uitvoeren van updates en upgrades in CRM
- Begrijpen van de impact van de upgrades op de huidige processen
- Toelichten aan de gebruikers van wijzigingen met impact op de bedrijfsprocessen
- Testplan uitwerken en verantwoordelijken aanduiden voor het testen van de verschillende businessprocessen
- Defecten aan systemen melden en opvolgen
- Upgrade inplannen en opvolgen

Uitvoeren van datacorrecties in CRM op vraag van de Data Analyst
- Datacorrecties uitvoeren en terugkoppelen naar de Data Analyst
- Installeren van controlemechanismes om het aantal data correcties te verminderen

Problem solving
- Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor problemen en/of foutmeldingen door collega’s
- Loggen van problemen en/of foutmeldingen bij de systeemontwikkelaar en interactie verzorgen met helpdesk
- Voorstellen van work arounds indien niet onmiddellijk oplossing gevonden wordt
- Testen van oplossingen en deze overmaken aan de collega’s

User beheer binnen Systemen
- Toegang aan collega’s-eindgebruikers verschaffen en stopzetten

**Profiel**:
Kennis, expertise

Idealiter heb je 2 jaar ervaring of meer in een functie waarin je met gebruik van CRM of gelijkaardige software instond voor het optimaliseren van bestaande en nieuw te ontwikkelen business processen (Blackbaud of een ander CRM- systeem).

Je hebt dus een goede praktische kennis van CRM, de werking en toepassingen, zowel naar data-verwerking als gebruik ervan. Je voelt je op je gemak in complexe IT-omgevingen en denkt graag buiten het gekende kader om processen te vereenvoudigen.

Je begrijpt graag hoe de businessprocessen van een organisatie werken en bent in staat ze te verbeteren, rekening houdend met de behoeften van de gebruikers en mogelijke integraties met andere IT-systemen (boekhouding, website, webmarketingtool, enz.).

- Contact met collega’s: actief luisteren, oplossingen geven en toelichten in de taal van de gebruiker, samenwerken mét collega’s en vóór collega’s
- Ervaring met CRM (idealiter Blackbaud, Salesforce of MS Dynamics). Ervaring met Hubspot, Business Central of Power BI is een troef
