Als allround marketeer ben jij de spil in ons marketingteam Je combineert strategisch inzicht met hands-on ervaring om onze marketinginspanningen naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je taken omvatten:

- **Strategische Planning**: Je ontwikkelt en implementeert doordachte marketingstrategieën die onze visie ondersteunen.
- **Content Marketing**: In samenwerking met onze content marketeer geef je vorm aan onze social mediastrategieën en base marketingcampagnes.
- **Campagnes**: Je bedenkt creatieve promoties en organiseert campagnes die de aandacht trekken.
- **Analyse**: Je duikt in de cijfers, stelt rapportages op en vertaalt deze inzichten naar actiegerichte plannen.
- **Offline Marketing**: Je denkt mee na over offline marketingstrategieën die onze merkidentiteit versterken.

Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt 3-5 jaar ervaring heeft in een gelijkaardige functie in België. We zoeken niet enkel ervaring, maar ook een passie voor marketing. De ideale kandidaat heeft:

- **Technische kennis**: Je ben het gewend om met CMS te werken en websites te optimaliseren (bij ons is dat Drupal) en hebt kennis van HTML en CSS. Je bent ook snel weg met nieuwe programma’s.
- **Design Skills**: Je kan werken met Adobe, Figma en Canva wanneer de designer geen tijd heeft en er een last-minute visual moet gemaakt worden.
- **SEO Expertise**: Professionele kennis van SEO is onmisbaar in deze rol.
- **Strategie en planning**: Je bent een georganiseerde planner, je kan alles in goede banen leiden en je hebt oog voor detail.
