**Functie**:
Als **financial assistant** ben je verantwoordelijk voor een gevarieerd takenpakket, waaronder volgende taken:

- Het **updaten** van contracten in het systeem: het stopzetten op vernieuwen van contracten rekening houdend met indexering, budgetten, etc;
- Het **opvolgen** van contracten: beheer van kosten, opvolgen van verloren contracten, etc;
- ** Beheer **van **facturatie** en **facturatieplannen**;
- Opvolging van **betalingen** en contact opnemen met de klant indien nodig; 
- **Administratieve** en **financiële ondersteuning** bieden aan de Manager en Controller; 
- **Update** van het systeem volgens de verkregen informatie van de Managers;
- ** Opmaak van rapportering**.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:

- ** Bachelordiploma **in administratieve richting;
- Min. 5 **jaar ervaring** in soortgelijke functie;
- Je bent **cijfermatig** zeer sterk;
- Je spreekt vloeiend **Nederlands **en je hebt een goede kennis van het **Frans**;
- **MS Office** kent voor jou geen geheimen;
- Je werkt zeer **nauwkeurig** en je denkt mee met de firma. Je geeft dan ook graag je eigen visie en input.
