We’re an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions. With offices in Belgium, India and the UK, we support a wide range of businesses. We build digital teams and deliver digital solutions. We are hiring a Senior Mainframe Developer with 10+ years of experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to understand and analyze technical requirements.
- Create technical design documents and maintain system processes.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, conflicts, and work for resolution in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- E2E focus not just on development but also on maintenance post go-live.
- Stakeholder management.

**Must Have**:

- At least 10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Mainframe technologies.
- Good written and spoken knowledge of French and English languages.
- Good Agile experience.
- Customer-facing experience is a must.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills to derive and summarize points of importance from your analyses.

**Nice to have**:

- Insurance domain experience and Agile concepts.
- Real team player with experience working in a large, corporate organization but also able to work independently.
