**Job Title**:Engineering NPD Team Lead

**Intro**
We’re currently searching for an Engineering NPD Team Lead who will be responsible for the preparation, execution, analysis, and management of New Product Development projects for our Pump Solutions. This person will also lead a team of 6 individuals based in Europe and Asia.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Execute New Product Development projects as defined and agreed on and ensure all product designs meet specific regulatory requirements as defined in the specification book.
- Work on a regular basis with the product managers and manufacturing sites on the NPD funnel.
- Test new products thoroughly to guarantee best quality. Generate user manuals with the team for new products.
- Review existing patents on the markets and understand improvements of our competition.
- Keep the NPD team engaged, perform team events, and motivate the team to reach best results.
**Who we’re looking for**
We’re looking for a positive and solution orientated person willing to drive New Product Development projects at SPX FLOW. Leadership capabilities are crucial as well; we need someone who will be able to understand the team’s needs and challenges and successfully address them.
**What do you need**
- Team leadership experience.
- Relevant engineering experience with knowledge of 2D/3D design software.
- Knowledge of pump technology.
- Ability to travel maximum 20% of the role.
- Fluent English.
**Nice to have**
- Fluent Dutch.
- Patent and project management experience.
- New Product Development experience.
