**Fonction**:
Rejoindre Europ Assistance signifie rejoindre une équipe dévouée et empathique, prête à offrir une assistance de haute qualité à nos clients en Belgique et à l'étranger:

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques des clients ayant besoin d'aide.
- Coordonner l'assistance, notamment en organisant le dépannage, l'assistance médicale et le rapatriement.
- Fournir des informations précises et des conseils aux clients sur leur situation et les solutions possibles.
- Enregistrer toutes les interactions avec les clients et mettre à jour les données pertinentes dans notre système.

**Profil**:

- Affinité pour le service clientèle et solides compétences en **communication en néerlandais et en français.**:

- Flexibilité et capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement stimulant.
- Disponibilité pour travailler selon un **horaire variable à temps plein (32 heures), y compris le samedi, le dimanche et les jours fériés.**
