**To strengthen our Strategic Customer Market Management department, we are currently looking for a Customer Insights Expert. Are you an expert in the field of customer and market insights in the insurance sector? Are you able to provide valuable insights to improve the customer experience and help us achieve our growth ambitions? Then we are looking for you**
As Customer Insights Expert, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth customer research and market analyses, generating valuable insights to enhance the customer experience and achieve the growth ambitions. You will serve as a point of contact for both quantitative and qualitative customer and market research, conduct research yourself, and translate the results into targeted advice for colleagues within and outside the marketing domain. Additionally, you will be a critical discussion partner and a driving force to elevate customer
- and data-driven work to a higher level within the Customer Experience & Analytics team.

**As a Customer Insights Expert, we count on you for the following tasks**:
- Conducting extensive customer research to understand the behavior, needs, and preferences of customers in the insurance market.
- Collecting and analyzing market/customer data and predicting customer patterns and behavior using both existing (such as Customer NPS, Broker NPS, VoC, internal customer data, external analyses) and new data sources.
- Drafting and presenting reports, presentations, and recommendations based on findings to key stakeholders within the organization.
- Coordinating and managing the survey tool (Qualtrics).
- Contributing to market intelligence for the Benelux, knowledge of our positioning in our markets and compared to our competitors regarding our customers and business partners for life and non-life product lines, all customer segments, and channels.
- Establishing and maintaining ongoing reports on the key customer KPIs for the (top) management.
- Staying informed about best practices in the sector, emerging technologies, and innovative research methods to continuously improve the quality and depth of customer and market insights.
- Developing and supporting customer-centricity as well as an outside-in & data-driven mindset within the company along with the rest of the team.

Do you have a degree (Master/HBO/WO) in Marketing, Economics, Business Engineering, Communication Sciences, or a related field? Check Relevant experience in customer and market research, either on the client or agency side? Check Experience in the insurance sector is definitely a plus but not a must. Are you able to translate results from research and data analysis into clear conclusions and concrete actions? Check Can you communicate clearly to a wide range of stakeholders with a listening and critical mindset? Check Experience with complex databases and knowledge of Excel and other analysis tools such as SPSS? Check Good communication skills in Dutch and English, with French being a plus.
