**What you’ll do**
As an **employer branding & recruitment coordinator,** you’ll manage the internal **talent attraction from A to Z and** help define our **recruitment strategy**. You’ll also work on our **(internal) communication plan** and create **communication campaigns** for social networks, newsletters, invitations, etc. Thanks to your **creativity**, **out-of-the-box** way of thinking, and communication skills, you understand their world. You **communicate our employer brand** compellingly to them through relevant content. Finally, you give **advice** on new **job boards,** possible job **events,** and other **improvements**. Thanks to your work, every marketer will want to join us.
You will be based at our headquarters in **Diegem** (flexible possibilities to **telework 2/3 days** a week).

**Yes, you can**
- independently manage our internal vacancies from A to Z: attracting talent, recruiting & selection, interviews, onboarding even employee engagement.
- analyze your target groups and in doing so, you draw up an efficient marketing communication/recruitment strategy. You execute, monitor and evaluate this strategy.
- perform recruitment actions via social media, create fun content, manage the budgets and follow up the results.
- think along about recruitment projects (e.g.: referral program, participation in job fairs,).
- organize employer branding events, team building initiatives and campaigns.
**Your strengths**
- Be an avid follower of the latest recruitment trends and able to use tools in the most efficient way.
- Because you’re a natural planner, you’re well organized & efficient.

- Team player with strong communication skills; you are open, transparent, and fun to work with.
- Learning is something you always wish to do. You already made yourself proficient in digital marketing and social media management.
- Computer savvy and diligent in updating people & process information in our HR tool.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in a commercial-related domain (HR, marketing, economics, commercial sciences,) and/or relevant experience in marketing roles.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in employer branding, marketing or recruitment is an asset but not required. School graduates with an internship experience in employer branding are equally welcome
- Fluent in Dutch and English and you can express yourself well in French.
- Hands-on understanding of (digital) marketing and sales roles are a must.
- Experience in using HR and social media tools, LinkedIn jobs, digital enablers, and CRM systems.
