**Main responsibilities**:
- You follow current and planned selection and recruitment needs throughout the various departments in collaboration with the hiring managers and HR.
- You take the lead on the recruitment process, support the writing of job descriptions and join meetings with the hiring manager to understand all the position’s requirements.
- You manage the ATS and recruitment tools; you track recruitment KPI’s and propose data-based improvements.
- You make periodic recruitment reports and accurate analyses; both to the hiring managers and to the Talent Director.
- You will work on several HR projects like employer branding, HR digitalization, wellbeing,
- You report to the Talent Director who will help you get started, but also afterward will ensure that you can continue to evolve and learn within your position.
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources or Psychology.
- You have recruitment experience in IT, Sales and management positions - minimum 3 years of experience
- You have strong MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems;
- You are familiar with searching through social media channels
- You have an analytical mind and you are results oriented
- You communicate in a clear and transparent manner
- You show empathy and diplomacy and easily inspire confidence;
- You are fluent in Spanish & English and any other language is a plus
- You have already worked with an ATS system and expertise in active searching
