**Introductie vacature**:
Captains of Finance is a HR service provider specialized in both
recruitment and outsourcing of finance professionals. We focus on
Financial/Business Controllers, Business Analysts and Treasury professionals.

As a member of our captains team, you will
have the key responsibility to attract, coaching and select the best financial
talents on the market. For this critical mission we are looking for an
enthusiastic, confident and ambitious person.

**Omschrijving**:

- You are responsible for the full cycle
recruitment process; from defining the recruitment strategy to find the
- You will define and install creative and
innovative ways to find our future employees through social media,
networking, events
- You are responsible for regular coachings and
follow-up of the young graduates in the Captains of Finance Academy.
- You communicate on a regular basis with our
hiring business managers and executives within the company.
- You will be responsible for planning trade
events and team building.
- Collaborating on ideas with the marketer and
developing our Employé Branding.
- Manage administrative tasks around our employees.
- Further develop and create onboarding process.

- You have a strong interest in the recruitment
process, identify areas of improvements and suggest solutions
- Your personality makes the difference
- you
are dynamic, result-orientated, creative and you like being on the phone.
- You know how to present our company culture to
attract future talent.
- You are a digital ninja with experience and
knowledge in recruiting through online channels and social media
(LinkedIn, Facebook ).
- You communicate well/fluent in Dutch,
French and English.
- You have a few years of professional
experience in Finance or recruitment consultancy.
