We are looking for a **Enterprise Content Management Coordinator** to join our **Quality for Operations, Reliability, & Engineering** department based in **Louvain-la-Neuve.**

As a **Enterprise Content Management Coordinator**, you will be in charge of promoting and supporting the best practices in terms of documentation and information management at N-SIDE. As a reference on the topic, you will have to master our several internal tools used for documentation and enterprise content management, be able to train and support end-users on these tools, promote and implement industry best-practices regarding information management and security, but also provide some hands-on contributions in structuring, updating and organising our existing internal documentation and information stack.
**What you’ll do**
- Implement and administer enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow the organization to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents.
- Define clear use-cases to train, support and empower end-users on our internal tools used for documentation and enterprise content management (Google Suite, Atlassian Confluence)
- Leverage integration, automation and reporting capacities of the tools to have a living and dynamic documentation within the company, implement electronic document processing, retrieval, and distribution systems in collaboration with other information technology specialists.
- Define, implement and support on guidelines for location, structure and organisation of the different documentation stacks (reference docs, project docs, team docs), identify, create or review documentation templates to be used.
- Identify needs and opportunities for enriching and updating the company’s classification scheme (Master Data) for documents and enterprise content management, assist in the development of document or content classification taxonomies to facilitate information capture, search, and retrieval.
- Define, implement and support on guidelines for review, validation and publication of different types of documents (in the form of policies, processes, procedures, playbooks and trainings), assist in determining document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content.
- Coordinate and contribute with relevant teams to schedule and monitor the review and cleanup of their documentation and information stack.

**About you**
- You hold a degree, ideally in Information Systems or Business Information Management.
- You have knowledge or have relevant experience on information/content management.
- You have knowledge of wiki type of documentation systems, experience with Atlassian Confluence is a plus.
- You have knowledge of business productivity and enterprise content management tools (word processor, spreadsheets, presentations slides, online shared repositories), experience with Google Suite / Google Workplace is a plus.
- You have the ability to quickly digest comprehensive and complex topics & information, and structure clearly the message to influence and impact others
- You are detail oriented and a self-leader
- You are analytical, organized and is able to summarize easily complex topics
- You are a team player and like to communicate with international people
- You are proactive and focus on the results
- You are fluent in English
