Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.
Within the HR department of Audi Brussels, we are in charge of the following domains: Compensation & Benefits, HR Governance (Legal, Comp & Ben, HR Reporting)/Payroll/HR International & Organisation.
- You will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, management and continuous improvement of the various key administrative processes, in accordance with legal provisions (social and fiscal) as well as sectoral, joint and internal agreements (e.g. management of time credits, study leave, time registration, medical checks).
- You declare social risks such as illness, unemployment, gradual return to work, etc.
- You prepare and perform payroll activities, such as CCR and on-call bonuses, for specific target groups.
- You manage and maintain up-to-date personnel data and archives.
- You identify potential for improvement of existing methods, systems and procedures. You make concrete proposals for improvement and implement administrative simplifications.
- You will be responsible for the creation of reports and statistics.
- You have a bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent through experience. A first relevant experience in payroll and/or administrative procedures is required.
- You have a very good knowledge of social legislation.
- You have good analytical skills, are precise in your work and have a good overview.
- You have a goal-oriented working method, with a focus on procedures.
- You are fluent in French and Dutch and have basic knowledge of English and German.
