As a Digital Experience Manager, you will:

- Lead the development and maintenance of the company’s digital assets, ensuring they are user-friendly, engaging, and up-to-date.
- Utilize analytics and key performance indicators to measure the impact of digital campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Supervise the digital marketing strategy and budget for the group, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and priorities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on the performance and progress of digital initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, incorporating relevant innovations into the company’s strategies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support and enhance digital capabilities.
- Set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project team members and hold them accountable for achieving these, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team / personal objectives.
- Develop and coach the team members to ensure their competences, skills and know-how are used and developed to the best advantage and to work as a well-functioning team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Guarantee up-to-date documentation of implementations.

**Profile Description**:

- Expert knowledge in digital technologies, such as CRM, Mobile, Social Media, Web Analytics, Big Data, etc., and good digital multichannel experience.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering projects within budget and timeline.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex viewpoints and arguments with clarity and purpose, and communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work in a pan European matrix organization, in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and engage others to establish strong relationships and network with local Sales and Marketing Teams.
- Excellent ability to function in a self-directed manner with a high degree of autonomy and strong management and coaching skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Other languages can be an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to travel upon request.
