We are looking for a **Global Marketing Lead Rare Neurological indication** who is **experienced in Marketing activities in context of launches in Biologics / Specialty Care / Rare Diseases, is able to build strong cross-functional collaborations and operate strategically**; to join us in our **Rare Disease organization**, based in one of our hubs **Boston or Atlanta in the US or our HQ in Brussels, Belgium**.

**About the role**

Reporting to Global Asset and Brand Rare Neuro Lead, the Global Marketing Lead Rare Neurological indication will lead the development and execution of end-to-end global rare marketing strategy for our two late-stage assets in this Rare Neurological indication, as well as disease awareness and global digital initiatives. Combining strategic counsel, tactical implementation, and engagement across our rare stakeholders (medical, development, access, I2I, commercial operations, launch excellence, corporate communication etc.), the initial priorities will focus on launch preparations, lifecycle management, and planning for post-launch market evolution and clinical differentiation. In addition, the Global Marketing Lead Rare Neurological indication will closely collaborate with regions and country teams to successfully deliver on the launch of this portfolio.

**What you’ll do***
- Providing a global commercial perspective for key marketing and launch decisions to ensure successful commercialization, market differentiation, and alignment with the rare neuro strategy
- Collaborate with Regions to provide Commercial perspective and execute end to end commercialization strategies as part of remit of the GRPT and as a member of the commercial sub team
- Provide commercial input to unmet needs, target product profile, market assessment and forecasting, patient journey, competitive landscape, and staying abreast of market dynamics and the shifting treatment landscape to adapt marketing strategies
- Delivery of campaign(s) includes all audiences, e-marketing, promotional and non-promotional materials, DIGITAL pull through, delivery of PVBPs, including aligned view from commercial sub team
- Lead global MLR and sign off on any deviation to core campaigns prior to implementation
- Coordination of Global Advisory Boards
- Delivery of product/disease area content for training material
- Global congress/meetings -strategic steer on messaging, data dissemination, speaker activities, budget allocation, etc.
- Performance and key activities tracking with support of Operations and LEX (Brand plan, Goals, KPI’s, Sales/OPEX, utilization, patient #’s, market shares etc.)
- Liaise and align with medical affairs to execute global publication plan
- Effective budget management

- Rare Disease Experience at a Global and/or local level
- Min 10 years of Biopharma Marketing Experience, Rare disease experience preferred
- End to end, go to market experience to lead most impactful launch
- Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working on and leading a high-profile global ethical launch, including disease state, and patient education programs is essential
- Having strong clinical acumen, and specifically HCP marketing experience
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable with clinical and marketing data (including market insights and forecasts)
- Knowledge and experience of the rare marketplace (competitor products, Key Opinion Leaders, advocacy organizations) is also expected
- Ability to manage multiple activities with strict deadlines, provide high-quality plans, anticipates obstacles or challenges and approaches with a can-do/solving mindset, budget management, agency management
- High energy, hands-on team player with a “can-do” attitude and ability to think out-of-the-box as well as collaborate and create alignment across diverse cross-functional internal as well as external stakeholders
- An ability to thrive in a matrix environment, demonstrate resilience and networking skills, and establish strong credibility at all levels within the organization is very important
- Outstanding transversal attitude and skills
