**What you become part of**:
The position of Filling & Packaging technology owner is responsible for the development and implementation of the Filling & Packaging equipment specifications and standards for equipment installations across the CCEP network. This role will have four key accountabilities and will drive Filling & Packaging equipment performance through design and work to deliver the best value solutions (total equipment lifecycle) for CCEP:
- Equipment development and design standards
- Support Capital project execution teams with design and technical expertise to ensure that all CCEP new Filling & Packaging projects applies CCEP standards and help to optimize operations and total cost
- Support production sites from time to time, as a Subject Matter Expert to resolve technical issues with Filling and Packaging equipment
- Manage projects where there are new concept / prototype filling or packaging equipment being implemented
**What to expect**:
**Equipment development and design standards**:Key equipment focus areas for this role will be bottle blowing, beverage blending and filling and complete packaging line - depalletiser to palletiser.
1) Develop and own the design standards for Filling & Packaging equipment with a specific focus initially on refillable lines and non-film secondary packaging machinery
2) Identify equipment technology development needs to drive equipment performance and to support our CRS objectives of reduced water and energy usage
3) Develop and own equipment development strategy and roadmap / masterplan and deliver the projects identified on this masterplan
4) Involve KO, Monster, Capri to ensure their technical requirements are aligned with our CCEP CSSC long term strategies, cost efficiency at the proper quality performance without forgetting the CRS, This is Forward, roadmap.
5) Look externally and benchmark across other industries to identify possible new technologies that could be a good fit for our business
6) Work with procurement to identify and develop new equipment vendors that will drive the best overall value in terms of lifecycle cost for CCEP
7) Work with Asset Care and Operations teams to develop standard technical documentation packages (eg. PFDs, Functional Descriptions, Operating Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, OPLs, Commissioning/Qualification/Validation criteria etc) for Filling & Packaging equipment
8) Support in development of Filling & Packaging masterplans for CCEP sites.
10) Follow and support any new technical development to meet new QESH specification within the area of Filling & Packaging.
**Support Capital Project Execution Teams**:
1) When new technologies / designs are being implemented for the first time, take a lead role in managing the execution of new technology to ensure its successful commissioning and qualification
2) Work with the capital project teams in the planning and design phase to ensure that all new installations are designed according to the CCEP standards
3) Support the development of business cases for Filling & Packaging capacity and optimization projects
4) Support the capital project teams with technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle where required
5) Ensure all new projects, includes the technical assessment of CRS KPIs including energy recuperation and water recuperation when not possible to reduce the energy and water demand by consumer.
6) Play an active role in the Supplier Relationship Management process to feed back to and develop selected suppliers on technology, innovation, adherence to CCEP standards and project performance
**Support Production sites as Subject Matter Expert**:
1) Follow a clear escalation process within CCEP and with all key vendors to resolve filling or packaging equipment failures and supplier after-market support when unusual or challenging technical problems are identified.

1) When new technologies / designs are being implemented for the first time, take a lead role in managing the project or part-project to ensure its successful commissioning, qualification and handover to operations
**Skills & Essentials**:
This job family manages the supply, storage, transport and distribution of equipment, materials and goods as well as the organisation's manufacturing and production operations.
Activities include designing, constructing, testing and operating equipment; ensuring that standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness and performance are met in production processes; and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications.
**Experience preferred**
Site engineering management and/or engineering project management. Projects between 2m€-30m€ within the scope of Filling, Packaging and beverage processing.
Large experience on KO and Monster requirements, with demonstrated problem solving cases and learnings.
