At The Learning Hub, we innovate in learning. We **design, develop and implement** digital learning solutions.

We serve large accounts as well as smaller organisations, be it public services or corporates. Projects vary from ad hoc e-learning design & development, advice and guidance in the choice and implementation of a learning platform to long term partnerships and strategic advice when it comes to learning.

**Who are we looking for?**:
As an increasing number of clients is looking for **the most suitable talent and learning system**, The Learning Hub wants to reinforce its team of business consultants. These consultants **guide** **and assist** our clients in navigating the complex landscape of **Learning Management Systems** (LMS) and related modules. Beyond guiding the decision-making process, our consultants **support** clients in the **implementation** of their chosen solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal integration into their organisational framework. **What does the job entail?**:

- As a trusted **advisor**, you are **guiding the client** through the process of
- defining the scope,
- setting requirements,
- evaluating a selection of talent solutions (in alignment with the defined scope and requirements),
- make suitable solution suggestion to ensure an optimal fit for their business.
- In order to accomplish this, you’ll be orchestrating **workshops and meetings** at the client’s premises or online. Depending on the type of client, this can be for a **short or long-term.**
- As a business consultant, you perform various roles:

- You operate as a **point of contact for the customer.**:

- You are responsible for **project management** throughout the **implementation** of the selected solution, this involves:

- supervise the **technical** **configurations** in collaboration with our partners.
- follow-up on tasks and planning.
- high level succession of budget.
- You support and conduct workshops and demos for customers.
- You are part of a consulting **team** that works in an **agile** (**Scrum**) environment.

**What strengths do you have?**:
You

- bring valuable insights to the table with any **experience** related to (corporate) **talent solutions**, recognising that our primary focus is focused on **learning**.
- are a true **team player** who has no problem to work **autonomously**.
- display a willingness to **enhance your** **technical skills**, exploring areas such as CSS, HTML, SSO and integrations with HR tools.
- have a relevant **university degree**, or demonstrate a similar level of thinking.
- showcase fluency in both **Dutch and English**. Bonus points if you speak French
- approach challenges with **enthusiasm**, embodying an **open-minded attitude** that’s always **ready to learn**.
- **are willing to travel** and work in **different locations** (main activity is in Belgium, HQ in Kontich and at the client’s location).
